What we'll be covering

  • Practice items that bring in more of what we want:  Asking for what you want (and actually seeing what bothers you). Sometimes we put up with what we don't even notice is there any more settle whether it be a rusty faucet, stained rugs, old belongings. Together we'll identify what what don't want in order to let what we do want in. * use example of my faucets plus the rant page
  • Practice: Making progress and dealing with something fully thru: Doing 1 small thing fully: cleaning stove fully * use example can't stand it uncleaned but it's never fully cleaned fully. What do you need to do to get it done whether it's hiring someone just to clean you stove and kitchen so fully or doing it yourself. 
  • Get moving: Get your butt in gear not for the sake of losing weight or for change for your body's sake although it will all change in some way but just for the mere sake of when we shake it up and get out and moving it disturbs a stagnant body that is unhappy, stuck, or otherwise. When ever have you said I went out for a walk and felt worse when I got back. You always feel better on some level. We'll keep you accountable here for little milestones.
